Nest Wealth at Work is a fully digital and paperless group RRSP solution that is free to employers. It allows small to medium-sized businesses to provide their employees with the opportunity to save for their future at no cost.
As the Head of Nest Wealth at Work you’ll play a critical role in driving this line of business through business development and strategic partnerships. Not only will you have the rare opportunity to join a well-funded startup, you’ll also be in a position to shape an industry-leading product and impact the fintech industry as a whole.
As the Head of Nest Wealth at Work you will...
Build strategic partnerships to drive this line of business
Generate new opportunities through outbound calls and proactively following up with prospective clients/partners
Shape and define the entire sales strategy, and you will be responsible for its execution
Represent Nest Wealth at industry events
Grow a network of peers, partners, and industry contacts/associations
The Head of Nest Wealth at Work has...
3+ years of experience in business development and cultivating strategic partnerships
A proven track record of building, driving, and leading sales strategies
An understanding of the Benefits, Payroll, and HR Solutions provider landscapes or have existing relationships in these areas
The initiative and drive to develop innovative methods of reaching new business and build lucrative relationships
A sincere passion for building meaningful, long-lasting relationships in business
The ability to capture Nest Wealth’s vision and inspire sales prospects with what’s possible
Excellent communication skills
